- Eight guests maximum, pets by prior arrangement.
- No noise after 10 pm: this is a cul-de-sac where people live all year round.
- The heated pool is open from April to the end of October.
- A security deposit is requested before check-in.
- Late arrival between 9 pm and midnight: €25. Between midnight and 6 am: €44.
- Free private parking inside the grounds.
