150 m² over two floors: the living spaces and three bedrooms on the garden level, the fourth bedroom and the study under the eaves.
The living room
Exposed beams, wooden floors, a wood-burning stove and a seating area with a large 55-inch OLED TV and a PS5. The glazed doors open level onto the terrace and the garden.
The open kitchen
Fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer, Jura and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, toaster, blender. The island doubles as a breakfast bar.
The dining room
A large table for eight under a pendant light, between the kitchen and the living room. The French doors lead straight onto the sheltered terrace.
Bedroom 1 — queen-size bed
On the ground floor. A view of the trees, on the cul-de-sac side.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 — queen-size beds
Two quiet bedrooms on the garden level, with fitted storage and a window onto the greenery.
The downstairs shower room
Walk-in shower, twin basins and a large mirror. A separate WC completes the garden level.
Bedroom 4 — king-size bed
A generous attic space with a roof window fitted with a roller shutter, a king-size bed and a cot available.
The study
One work station, an ergonomic chair. A sofa bed for two. Board games available.
The upstairs shower room
Walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC: the upper floor is self-contained.
The sheltered terrace
Under the overhanging roof, in the shade of the pines: the table where every meal happens from June to September.
The pool and its wooden deck
Sun loungers, parasols. Saltwater pool, heated and open from April to the end of October.
The garden
Shaded garden lounge, gas plancha, table-tennis table, compost bin and private parking inside the grounds.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and the house is cleaned before you arrive. Beach towels are not included.
