The living room
Exposed beams, wooden floors, a wood-burning stove and two seating areas. The glazed doors open level onto the terrace and the garden.
The open kitchen
Fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender. The island doubles as a breakfast bar.
The dining room
A large table for eight under a pendant light, between the kitchen and the living room. The French doors lead straight onto the sheltered terrace.
Bedroom 1 — king-size bed
The largest, on the garden side, with its own glazed door and a view of the trees.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 — queen-size beds
Two quiet bedrooms on the garden level, with fitted storage and a window onto the greenery.
The downstairs bathroom
Walk-in shower, twin basins and a large mirror. A separate WC completes the garden level.
Bedroom 4 — under the eaves
A generous attic space with a roof window, a queen-size bed, a play corner for the children and a cot available.
The study
Two work stations, ergonomic chairs, wifi and north light. Enough to extend the stay with a clear conscience.
The upstairs shower room
Cement tiles, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC: the upper floor is self-contained.
The sheltered terrace
Under the overhanging roof, in the shade of the pines: the table where every meal happens from June to September.
The pool and its wooden deck
Sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower. Heated and open from April to the end of October.
The garden
Shaded garden lounge, gas plancha, table-tennis table, compost bin and private parking inside the grounds.
